Varicose veins are damaged veins in which the blood circulates badly. They are bluish, dilated and twisted and may be more or less prominent. Varicose veins develop most often in the legs, but also on the thighs. To remedy this, simply use olive oil that you probably have on hand.
To treat varicose veins, you can use a combination of olive oil and garlic mixed with a little lemon juice.
This can help treat the varicose vein and remove the spider veins.
The varicose vein being a permanent dilatation of a superficial vein hindering the return of blood to the heart muscle, this mixture has a powerful anti-inflammatory and toning effect which facilitates the decrease of the dilated veins by activating the correct passage of the blood flow.
Thus, the application of this mixture through circular massage promotes blood circulation, activates the lymphatic system and encourages the elimination of toxins that prevent the proper oxygenation of cells. Note also that this mixture has a calming effect, to alleviate the feeling of tension and pain caused by the spider veins.
For this remedy to be effective, you must obviously choose quality ingredients. We particularly insist on the quality of the oil, opt for an extra virgin olive oil. When to garlic, choose those without a head.
– 12 cloves of garlic
– 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil (100 g)
– The juice of a lemon
Start by peeling the cloves of garlic, then cut them in half before crushing them with a mortar. Make sure you get a dough. Then pour the dough into a glass container and add the olive oil and lemon juice.
Cover the container well and put it in a cool, dark place. Leave it all night. The next morning, use a wooden utensil to mix the ingredients and use a strainer to filter the mixture.
For the application, take a generous amount of the product and rub it on areas affected by varicose veins. Massage gently with continuous movements and fingertips to stimulate blood circulation.
Leave on and allow the absorption for one hour and once the time has elapsed, rinse with cold water. Repeat the application at least three times a week, preferably in the evening.
