1- Baking soda and water:
Baking soda has alkaline properties that make this cream based on baking soda and water, promotes oxygenation of the skin, delaying cell aging and the appearance of wrinkles at the same time. This exfoliant also helps prevent the accumulation of fats and dander.
– Ingredients:
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon of water
– Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the two ingredients in the amounts indicated above. Mix until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough. Apply this paste on the face in circular massages and leave on for 25 minutes. After this time, clean with lukewarm water.

2- Baking soda and milk:
Milk is known for its vitamin contribution in the formation and solidification of bones. But when you apply it on the skin, it turns into a natural moisturizer, thanks to its lactic acid content favorable for the production of collagen. So, added to the astringent properties of bicarbonate, we get a natural remedy for helping blackheads and other facial spots.
– Ingredients:
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon milk
– Preparation:
Simply mix the two ingredients in a small container to make a paste. Apply it on the face and leave on for 10 minutes. After this moment, remove it in abundant cold or lukewarm water.

3- Oatmeal and bicarbonate:
As already mentioned in the introduction, baking soda helps treat acne problems. Mixed with oats that work as a natural moisturizer, you get a blend with exceptional cleansing properties.
– Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of baking soda
2 tablespoons oatmeal
1 tablespoon of water
– Preparation:
As with the previous tip, pour the ingredients into a container, first the baking soda and oatmeal, then add the water and mix until you get a creamy solution.
Apply this mixture on the face which must be rinsed and clean beforehand. Leave on for a few minutes, then rinse off with lukewarm water.
