Most of us, especially women, suffer from degraded hair quality and damaged, sometimes fine and brittle hair. The main causes of hair problems are aging, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal disorders, the excessive use of hair products based on chemicals (coloring, shampoos …) and the use of hair dryers, straighteners among others.
If you suffer from thin and brittle hair, avoid the use of chemicals and go for more natural solutions. There are many natural ingredients that can help you strengthen your hair and improve its quality.
Here is our mask :
– 1 tablespoon of honey
– 1 tablespoon of coconut milk (hot)
– 20 g of fresh or dry yeast
You can use larger amounts, depending on your hair length.
Preparation and use :
– Melt the honey in hot milk, then add the yeast and mix well until smooth.
– Let the mixture sit warm for about 15 to 20 minutes for fermentation.
– Then, apply the mixture to the roots of the hair and the entire scalp previously damp. Spread the mixture along the hair and massage the scalp. You can use this recipe on unwashed hair, but it is best if it is clean.
Then wrap your hair in cling film or a charlotte then place a hot and damp towel on it. Thus, the yeast will penetrate the scalp and increase the concentration of minerals, proteins and vitamins in your damaged hair.
Consider using this recipe twice a week, for 1 to 2 months for the desired results.
1- Honey :
Imperishable and used since the dawn of time in traditional medicine, honey is a natural product with multiple virtues and its uses are not limited only to cooking! 2- Coconut milk :
Rich in protein, saturated fatty acids, calcium, magnesium and iron, coconut milk is ideal for repairing your damaged hair. Very beneficial for the hair, more particularly curly, afro and frizzy hair, this vegetable milk strengthens the hair and the hair fiber, limits hair loss and improves the quality of the hair and softens it.
3- Yeast :
Yeast is great for taking care of your skin as well as your hair! This natural substance is packed with protein, good bacteria that help nourish all of your hair, and vitamins B1, B2, and B6 necessary for their health. Yeast is particularly beneficial for fine, brittle hair. Consider using it for healthy, strong and shiny hair.
