Best teas for healthy, balanced digestion

4- Ayurvedic tea:
Ayurvedic tea is made up of 3 essential ingredients: coriander seeds, cumin seeds and fennel seeds. This blend has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine to balance the digestive system and soothe intestinal and digestive problems.
Coriander seeds are effective in fighting bloating and improving digestion. As for fennel seeds, they are widely consumed in India, especially after meals because they facilitate digestion.
1/4 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 pinch of cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 cup of water
