1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 cup beeswax
25 drops of chili seed essential oil
20 drops of peppermint essential oil
8 drops of cassia cinnamon essential oil
5 drops of eucalyptus essential oil
Place a saucepan with 60 ml of water over a medium heat. Pour all the oils (except essential oils) into a glass jar. Then place the jar in the pan and let the contents melt. Please mix well.
Once combined, allow to cool a little and then add the essential oils. Mix well again. Finally, pour the mixture into metal molds or a glass storage container and let stand.
Store the balm in a tightly closed container in a cool, dry place. You can use it as needed up to three times a day. If irritation develops, reduce the frequency of use or decrease the amount of essential oils used the next time.
