Flax seeds contain a lot of soluble fiber, which helps lower cholesterol, makes you feel full, and helps stabilize blood sugar levels. Flax seeds are also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which promotes healthy eyes and the brain, and can help lower triglycerides.
